Job Description

We are currently looking for a multi skilled handyman / trades person to work on occupied social housing for a well respected construction company. This is a temp to perm position for the right person. You will be required to carry out various tasks such as painting, patch plastering, tiling, snagging and assisting other trades where required. It is desirable that you have previous experience of working in occupied social housing. It is essential that you have your own tools, transport, PPE, a valid CSCS card and an asbestos awareness certificate (you can sit a test online for the asbestos awareness, if you fit the criteria).
