Job Description

Report to: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Purpose: To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed friendly and effective approach.

Responsibilities:

· Implement consistent customer service

· Ensure the departments create a professional impression to customers and team members

· To be actively seeing to improve heartbeat scores and feedback

· To act on customer feedback relevant to your areas, both customer complaints and compliments

· To be aware of budgets and departmental targets.

· Record covers

· To assist with the control and monitoring of payroll

· To ensure effective stock rotation and maintain correct levels of stock

· To assist with stocktakes when required

· Follow procedure for HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) daily

· To positivity approach sales opportunities in order to maximise sales

· Assist and suggest new promotion opportunities to increase departmental sales

· To assist leading and motivating the team to promote good employee morale and ensure a high level of commitment and pride in the hotel.

· To supervise the departments to ensure effective operation on a day to day basis

· To comply with statutory and company requirements for health and safety, food safety, risk assessments, licensing laws, disability and ensure employment legislation is adhered to.

· Be fully aware of the hotels fire evacuation and bomb procedure and assist with departmental training.

· To be fully knowledgeable of the hotel rules and regulations and contractual responsibilities

· To carry out Duty Management shifts when trained to the competent level.

· Salary based on experience
