Job Description

Previous experience as a deputy pub manager is needed for this position. We are a busy 2 for 12 pub with a Sunday carvery. Applicant must have good knowledge of working within this type of business. Have kitchen skills so they are able to support the kitchen when busy, food / drinks knowlegde and be able to work all areas within the trade. Have passion and high standards and customer services skill, help to drive sales and work as part of the exsiting team. Main role will include the day to day running of the business alongside the manager and cover days of and also annual leave of the manager. The role will involve working 5 out of 7 days and hours to suit the business. The right applicant will be given all the support and advanced training from the company. There is a potential £2000 a year bonus, if figures are met. Also a great personality and someone who can motivate their team.
