Job Description

You will lead the contract management section of the Property Investment team in the delivery of our Asset Management plan through a range of exciting property investment projects, including regeneration, improvement and major repair.

Using your excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with all stakeholders, you will lead your team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Commercially astute, you will need to have significant proven contract management experience, allied with good technical knowledge, gained within the property/construction industry. The ability to promote partnership working in a contracting environment and excellent budget management skills are essential for this role.​
