Part time Bounty Representative, University Hospital Wales, Cardiff

Bounty has worked with mums and young families for over 50 years, a history we are very proud of. Our journey with Mums runs from pregnancy to birth and beyond, our aim is every Mum has the opportunity to learn, share and save with Bounty.
Bounty work with over 300 Hospitals throughout the UK and we are looking for very special, talented people to join our team. In this role you will provide new Mums with the choice to experience Bounty photographic portraits and receive free sample packs on the Maternity ward.
This is an incredibly special time for new parents and to be ideal for this role you will understand the need for great communication skills, excellent customer service, and have a genuine empathy with the privileged position Bounty hold in being able to offer our services in this special environment.
So what do we ask of you?
• As the face of Bounty we look to you to be our brand ambassador delivering excellent customer service and choice at all times. To be self-motivated, confident and able to intuitively build rapport with new parents, alongside healthcare professionals and colleagues.
• Previous customer service experience and an interest in photography would be beneficial but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to enable you, as a Bounty Portrait Photographer, to capture incredibly special moments which parents can cherish forever.
• You need to be able to drive, have access to a car and have space suitable to store stock which will be delivered to your home. You must have a friendly, professional approach and a positive outlook!
• As this is a part time role you will job share with another Bounty representative, it is essential that you have the flexibility to cover holidays and sickness as required to ensure that every new Mum has the opportunity to celebrate her extraordinary journey with Bounty.

Location – University Hospital of Wales, Heath Park, Cardiff CF14 4XW
Shift Pattern – Working Thursday-Saturday, starting on the ward between 9 and 9.30am for approximately 3-4 hours.
Salary – Average potential earnings Thursday-Saturday- £500-£600 per month
