We are currently expanding and developing our services to enable many more older people to access the services we provide.

We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our Corporate Services team based at our Cardiff Gate office. The Bid Manager will manage all bid activity to ensure appropriate bids are approved, submitted and won.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. The successful applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines, managing multiple opportunities. The successful applicant will also  possess excellent IT skills, including experience of web based tender portals. Experience of bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery is desirable. The successful applicant will ideally have a background in a similar service area or has an affinity to the charity world with the ability to relate to the older people’s agenda.

The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence and be a car owner as this role will require travelling throughout the UK.

This is a full time position working 35 hours per week.
